Live Trip Report.. Day 2 April 21, 2008 -

I decided for the rest of the trip I am just gonna write about the day%26#39;s event%26#39;s in the following morning... It works a lot better for me rather than live blogging.

Anyway, Day 2 was a really fun fun day. It started late though. 9am.. The latest I EVER woke up in Vegas, which is weird. 7 hours of sleep in Vegas is not normal. I had starbucks and a muffin and went on my merry way. I stopped to recieve numerous ';Happy Birthday'; phone calls and emails and myspace comments from people, which makes me feel so good to be so acknowledged.

I decided 1 machine before lunch time.. and I play some Triple Play DDB poker with no luck :( Aw, nuts

I eat at the Spice Market Buffet at Planet Hollywood, which has the best buffer ever. I chose not to pig out like last trip (I am already feeling a few lbs heavier). I ate this Pork baked in apples and some ravioli! A few desserts and a few sierra mists added to the caloric intake of course!

I went to get my $$$ from the only Bank of America ATM for miles at the Caesars Forum Shops.. $200 which added to my low bankroll of $40.. So $240 on ';rich mofo'; day.. where I only gamble at high end places.. PH, Bellagio, Wynn, Venetian, Palazzo.

No wins on the first $100 playing some stupid bets like 50 cent DDB VP and I messed up and accidentally press max bet on a spin poker machine which was 300 credits on a 400 credit (nickel) coin in.. Oops.. Rookie Mistake for an already old pro.

I decided to track down the machine I told my grandma about, that was all the rage in Vegas.. Which was the Wizard of Oz slot. It was right next to the Infamous Top Gun slots, and are made by the same company.. They have a speaker behind your head to play the sound fx.. A few bets in I get Glinda (Glenda) the good witch gracing my screen.. making a few lines wild and landing me $100 :D I cash out, and I am happy. I go back to my room for a couple hours of R and R then out to Rich mofo night.

Walking in thru the miracle mile exit of the PH, I notice an ABC liquor store!!! Yay.. I decided to get a bottle of Jager for my bday. I drink rarely, but turning 25 in Vegas sounds special I think :)

I buy that and like a couple energy drinks and a few fruity hawai%26#39;ian drinks with some egg salad (yum) and get drunk in the next hour, lol. I polished off 80% of the bottle in that hour. I was tipsy walking down the length of the strip, taking pix of funny/ugly people and hot women until I finally hit the Wynn!

I find a hundred play ddb vp machine so I saddle up.

This is the comeback.

I play around on the same 20 for 20 minutes.. Then I get dealt Ace of Hearts.. then 10, j, k, q of clubs.. I got a straight... if I hold them all.. $20 win... Howevah!... Howevah! I have been dealt for to the royal.. wouldn%26#39;t it be nice to get another royal flush (only one ever.. on the same type of machine) so i throw away the $20 hand and try my luck

then...1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 Royal Flushes later.. I hit for $300 and I am even again!!! :)

I am even for the trip plus $50.. So I decided to waste $100 away trying to win a lot. Playing $1 machines and stupid video 3 card poker at Casino Royale (I stopped off to go slumming on rich mofo day).. But it%26#39;s all for nothing.

I then go to eat my favorite pizza at that Enzo place at the Venetian.. My god, I love it. It%26#39;s so good :) I play some in there, and win a little.. then off my merry way.

I go to my home casino for the night, which I really avoided because they were filming something on the casino floor all damn day. I play a little.. then Nothing.

It was a good day. I have to find a 3rd hotel to stay at for the last night, so we are gonna hunt for a deal tonight. I believe Thursday will be a sorta ';rest day'; for the remainder of my trip. We%26#39;ll see.

Today is ';James B is Poor, and he%26#39;s gonna show it Day'; Which means... Casino Royale...Harrah%26#39;s, IP, ..maybe the Tropicana if I feel like walking

So for the trip I am down only (and I say only in Vegas numbers) $230 which is nearly $400 less than projected, so with the leftover $$ if there is some, I am gonna pay off the bill for this trip right away and save up again!

Nice TR!!! I bet you were a little hung over after the Jager and sugar laced mixers. EWWW!!! Just remember, in Vegas, the hair of the dog will get you right again!!!

I%26#39;m looking forward to your last day. Good Luck!!! I love reading about gambling activities!!!

I love to read about gambling too, thats why I come here :) LOL..

I still got 3 nights to go, so 3 more trip reports to come :)
