Places to dance, without standing in long lines...

Can someone tell me where a fun place to dance is (DJ, please), without having to stand in line for a long time? Has anyone been to the new club in the Golden Nugget, called Golddiggers? We are a group of six, ages 35-45. We like to dance to hip hop/top 40.

Lounges are acceptable too.

Second childhood in Vegas,,, how sweet.

Stand in line like every one else.

I always dance on the streets during the Bellagio Fountains!!

Would appreciate more reliable responses, not ones like Patron-Silver. If you have something smart to say, don%26#39;t reply...

I know that they have a good lounge at Bally%26#39;s that we%26#39;ve been to a couple of times. I am not sure that they are currently playing (live act or dj). We had a good time though.

Cleopatra%26#39;s Barge in Caesars has a dance floor. It is free and has ALL ages. There is a band that plays wedding music, but it is too much fun to do YMCA with 20 year olds on your right and 60 year olds on your left. Everyone is just having a good time. It is really corny, but fun. When the band takes breaks, the music was hip hop/top 40. I wouldn%26#39;t go to The Barge like you were going to a club, but it is a good place to visit.

Studio 54 at MGM sometimes has a line but not too long and it goes fast (I doubt that it would be more than 30 minutes). Good variety of music. DJ plus other entertainment such as go go dancers and aeralists.

your best place for what your looking for would be the fontana lounge in the bellagio.

lol @ patron

I hit Golddiggers on a Thursday night (this past thursday actually) and it was pretty empty. The views of Fremont street were cool, and there certainly weren%26#39;t any lines or covers. If the 6 of you are the type that can start the party and don%26#39;t need people everywhere to have a good time, you%26#39;ll love this place. If you%26#39;re looking for a packed atmosphere, skip it.

Friends and I stayed at Mandalay Bay in December and spent many hours each night at eyecandy lounge (located right in the middle of the casino). No cover, good DJs, great music, but pricey drinks. Seating may be hard to find for your group of six, but you%26#39;ll all be on the dance floor anyway!
