I just ordered copies from amazon.com for about $12 ea with a $4 shipping charge. You can try amazon.ca which might be slightly cheaper if you%26#39;re willing to wait...out of stock last week.
try barnes and nobel. i just picked mine up from there, onn there website they offer shipping worldwide
