Pocketbook of Values

It%26#39;s too late for me to order a Pocketbook of Values as I leave for LV later this week. Does anyone know if I can purchase a POV while in vegas and if so where? I%26#39;m assuming if I signed up online they would still have to mail me the coupons.

Check on the Las Vegas Advisor website for answers to your questions. I know that you can get a POV while in Vegas, but I don%26#39;t know where.

If you are interested only in coupons, buying an American Casino Guide, provides many same or similar coupons and is much cheaper. (But it does not have the $50 Palms coupon.)

I, however, would disagree with the previous post in saying the POV is superior to the ACG especially with the Palms 50% coupon and some of the buffets. Also, I always re-sell mine on Ebay after I am done.

I just got my ACG at the Borders Bookstore in Colorado Springs, as I too am leaving later this week. I didn%26#39;t expect them to have it so was happy! Check your local bookstore (big chain).

Thanks for the replies. Wasn%26#39;t able to get the info off the LVA website earlier as I was at work and the computer security woulnd%26#39;t allow me to go to the LVA website. Here is what I found out.

Yes, I%26#39;ve heard that quite a few people order the POV at the last minute and pick it up at the Las Vegas Advisor office. I don%26#39;t think they%26#39;re open on weekends though, so make sure you get there on a weekday! Another tip: many of the places will not accept the coupon if you%26#39;ve already torn it out of the book - so show it to them (in the book) when you use it and they will either tear it out for you or let you do it yourself.
