Bandos Island- best rooms

From previous posts I see that the best rooms are on the west of the island, but I%26#39;m also after quiet rooms. Is there any noise from the Sundowners Bar or Dive Centre or are the rooms far enough away?

I%26#39;m looking for a Standard Romm for our 20 year old son and a Beach Villa for ourselves. Thanks
