So the Phantom show in Vegas is unbelievably expensive for good tickets. I want to take my wife for a BIG birthday. Any suggestions for advance tickets not in the junk seats?
Phantom Tickets
This is an excellent show, you will not regret spending a little more for this show. Go to Travelzoo.com, I am sure they have $25 discounts on tickets right now.

Oops! Sorry. It%26#39;s just www.goldstar.com.
Along with using the promo code already mentioned...You don%26#39;t need to get the top priced tickets to get great seats. If you sit in the Orchestra section and get an aisle seat, your seat will be about as good as sitting Golden Circle and you%26#39;ll save a good chunk of change.
However, if you change your mind and want to splurge, they also have a VIP tickets($250) that includes a program, top priced ticket %26amp; private backstage tour(about an hour long) after the show. She%26#39;ll meet the actors and learn all about how the show works. I did it and although it was pricey, it was worth it.
Where ever you choose though, the seats are all good as long as you%26#39;re not sitting underneath the balcony as then you%26#39;ll have some of your view of the chandelier blocked.
If you want to sit under the chandelier, you%26#39;ll need to be in row P or within around three rows of that.
Enjoy the show.
We paid for the most expensive seats and were in the front row to the far right as you faced the stage. These seats turned out to be AWFUL. You could not see anything happening on stage taking place in the right wing area and you had to contort your body to see the chandelier. Get seats that are several rows back and center, if possible. We thought the show was wonderful, unfortunately, the seats were lousy.
We booked our tickets using promo from Travelzoo...seated in orchestra area, very close to front and fantastic view.
Wonderful show
We sat 4 rows from the stage in the center section on the aisle. Perfect seats! We could see the expressions on the face, enjoy the fabrics and textures, and felt immersed into the musical. People make such a big deal of the chandellier falling. Well, it%26#39;s pretty obvious when it is going to happen - just turn your head - ha. Not a big deal. We did do the VIP experience as described before and had a wonderful time. They tell you funny stories about the celebrities that have come to see the show too.
Big birthdays deserve big celebrations. If you can afford it - give big :-)
