Signature at MGM Grand - weather

Can someone please tell me how hot it will be in June. Intersted in humidity during the evening and wondered what type of clothing to bring. Also, are shorts allowed in casino areas ? Staying at the Signature so would like to know closest convenience store for milk etc

Shorts are allowed, yes they are.

There is an ABC store in the Miracle Mile, they sell beer and wine and booze. Probably milk, too. About 10-15 minutes away.

i was told there is a CVS and a WALGREENS very close to the Signature and that they sell drinks, snacks etc.

Can someone else confirm this for sure ?

There is a Walgreens on the strip very close to the MGM. But it%26#39;s not close to the Signature.

You can wear shorts everywhere, it will be hot and dry in June, but the casinos are very a/c%26#39;d so I always bring a sweater, even with shorts on.

Vegas is in the DESERT....very little humidity.

If you google, Vegas weather June, you will get the average temps as no one truly knows how hot it will be in June.

With 100 degrees popping up, I wouldn%26#39;t pack heavy clothes like sweaters if you are walking a lot. But yet again, I run my AC in my car if it gets over 65.

From a room in Tower 3 of the Sig to the Walgreens on the strip is about 18-20 minutes.

The walking time from Tower 3 to past Tower one is no more than a minute or two since the walkway connects things. I can get to the main bank of MGM elevators in 5-7 minutes from the Signature.

Therefore to say that the it is close to MGM, but not close to the Signature is deceiving.

Average high in June (depending on when you go)- 94 to 103 but the high can range from the 70s to 116. Average low- low to mid 70s with a range of 50s to 80s. The only way to know what the temps will be like is to check a weather site just before leaving.

Yes, shorts are permitted in casinos. Just about anything is permitted in the casinos! There really isn%26#39;t any dress code in Vegas-except for the clubs. It is generally a very casual town. You will see everything and anything at the casinos, shows and restaurants-shorts, jeans, business casual, formalwear even bridal gowns! Some people like to dress up at night but others don%26#39;t bother. Some of the more expensive restaurants have a suggested dress codes but they aren%26#39;t always strictly enforced. I think they are looking for neat and clean.
