I know you can get to the Fashion Show Mall from TI, but how? Is there a tunnel or passage %26amp;, if so, where is it located in TI?

All you have to do is cross the street(Spring Mountain). There is a traffic light but no tunnel or anything else. It is that simple-cross Spring Mountain!
